I'm so glad you found your way here! After having the great honor of photographing weddings for over 15 years, my heart beats a little extra for weddings at Stockholm City Hall. Here I have photographed over 100+ brides and grooms' most important moments in their lives since 2009.
I and my experienced team are available all year round to photograph your wedding at the City Hall.
Windy and cold winds, hot and windless summer days, blizzards, surprising downpours and dark afternoons. I've probably experienced most of it when I've photographed weddings at City Hall. No two days are the same, which is exactly why I love coming back here Saturday after Saturday, regardless of the weather or season.

I am Emma, a wedding photographer and creator who is extra passionate about photographing weddings at City Hall. The majority of my brides and grooms say they are nervous and have not been in front of the camera like this before.
With my great commitment and my specially developed photo techniques, you don't have to be used to standing in front of the camera. Everything falls naturally when it's time for you.
When I am not personally available on your intended date, my collaborative photographers are ready to photograph you where all contact, editing and delivery is handled by me. Precisely so that you get the same conceivable results.

90 minutes
A larger package of approx. 90 minutes that covers portraits (outdoors and indoors), weddings, congratulations/bridal toast and group photos with loved ones.
Photography for about 90 minutes.
Digital meeting + support before the wedding day.

Delivery digitally (high resolution and low resolution) via a personal online gallery.

My most booked package that suits you who want to immortalize portraits for a longer time or divide 30 minutes outside and 30 minutes inside in connection with a wedding.
Portrait photography for about 60 minutes.

A shorter package for those of you who want to immortalize portraits before or after your wedding. This package is popular during low season (October-March). The package can be booked all year round.
Photography for about 30 minutes.
Digital meeting + support before the wedding day.
All good photos (approx. 30-100 pcs) from the photo shoot.
Delivery digitally (high resolution and low resolution) via a personal online gallery.
A slide show with highlights from your time at City Hall in the web gallery.

The wedding takes approximately 2-5 minutes. So it's short, but personal! The staff are so very nice and make it nice for every couple.

Yes, of course you can change from "30/60 minutes" to "90 minutes" provided I don't have another wedding booked before or after you. You can also change from 90 to 60/30 minutes.
Email me about this no later than one month before your planned wedding.

I also think it's so boring that I can't clone myself and be in multiple places at the same time.
At weddings at the City Hall, I usually take 1-3 weddings per Saturday and then there is an opportunity to be photographed during the time I am free, sometimes the wedding may then not take place.
Another common (and appreciated!) arrangement is to have one of my collaborating photographers photograph you, where I then edit and deliver the images. Feel free to ask me about how that arrangement works!

During the winter months, November through March, I only photograph portraits between 10.00 and 14.00 so that you get the best possible images from your wedding day.
This means that we take the portrait photos when it is daylight and not when it is dark. During this period, the package “60/30 minutes” is most popular.
Good to know! Pictures from the wedding may not be available as it is not possible to divide the time during the day.

You have access to your online gallery for 2 months, then it costs SEK 2,500 to extend it for another 2 months.
You can also buy a USB for SEK 950 with backup.

There is a lot you can do after your wedding. You can, for example, have a drink at Café Eldkvarn or in the Stadshuskällaren.

In the summer half-year between May and August, there are a lot of people on site, therefore certain types of photos may not be available.
It is difficult to say in advance how many or how few people will be there and sometimes there may be people in the background.

I recommend that you wear clothes that don't get too wrinkled too quickly, or iron your clothes beforehand. In case of individual wrinkled details, I remove these afterwards.
Some things can and will be edited out easily. For advanced retouching, I charge an extra charge.

It can be very windy at City Hall, which is good to think about when choosing a hairstyle.
Flash is not used at the wedding in the oval room, therefore the images can be perceived as a bit grainy, but it is nothing that spoils the feeling of what you have been through, quite the opposite, it feels cinematic!
Have your guests stand somewhere else when we have the portrait photography. There is a good chance that you will be uncomfortable otherwise and it is clearly visible in the pictures. It's your own moment.
It is not permitted to bring large bags into the City Hall. Bags may therefore be a maximum of A4 size due to the current situation. This also applies to photographers, so I therefore bring a light pack with the most necessary.
You may not throw rice, confetti or flower petals as it is difficult to clean, which they are strict with. Sometimes guests are not aware of this, please let them know. Sparklers and soap bubbles work well.

This is perfectly fine. I have photographed couples who have sensitive jobs or simply don't want to be seen on the internet.
Just remember that you found yourself here because I shared photos from previous weddings, so you know what to expect if you book me. That's why I'm sharing pictures.
If you do not want to appear in my marketing, I will delete all raw files and images after you receive your shipment. Precisely so that it does not happen by accident in the future. This only applies to pictures where you can be identified.

Due to current security risks, you can now store larger bags (larger than an A4) in a staffed wardrobe free of charge.

1-2 days after the wedding you will receive 1-5 sneak peeks from the day.
In my agreement, I have specified that it takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver the remaining images. For those of you who get married during high season (May-September), it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your delivery.
On the other hand, you can opt for a fast delivery, where you go "first in the queue" which costs SEK 2,500 and you then get pictures already the same week.
The process
Book your date
If you have looked around my site and feel that I could be the right wedding photographer for you, you are warmly welcome to send a request via the form further down this page.
If I'm free on your date, I'll fix it and we'll write an agreement. A part of the total amount is invoiced in connection with the booking that reserves your day and time. The remaining amount is invoiced approximately 1 month before your day.
Digital meeting
would be happy to meet you beforehand on a digital coffee date via video call. This is so that we can get to know each other a little better and where we can talk about your wedding planning, your questions and wishes.
When booking, I send out a link where you can book an appointment for the reconciliation.
Photo session
On your wedding day, I meet you in good time at Stockholm City Hall, where I begin to document your time together.
You do not need to have prior knowledge to be photographed, but I guide you so that the spontaneous and genuine comes out naturally. The most important thing is that you open up to me, then I promise you will get fantastic pictures.
Delivery
After the photo shoot, I'll send you a couple of sneak peeks from the day that you can look at and share with those who were and weren't there.
After about 20-30 days, you will receive a link sent to your email where you can access your personal web gallery (in high season it can take up to 40 days). For those of you who have booked 90 minutes, your enlargements will be delivered about a month after you have selected them in the gallery.
